Please call between 8 am and 9 am to make an appointment and in non-urgent cases between 12 pm and 12.30 pm to avoid jamming the telephone line.
The doctor is usually at the health centre on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays. If the doctor is not available, a health centre nurse will assess the need for medical care and if necessary, will refer the patient to Terveystalo Oulu Unit GP during office hours at Albertinkatu 16, 90100 Oulu. Terveystalo emergency appointments by nurse’s referral, only.
The nurse’s walk-in surgery is open on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9 am to 10 am and on Wednesdays between 2 pm and 3 pm. Walk-in surgery is open for instance for prescription renewals, certificate and medical statement pick-ups, assessment for need of medical care and general advice. When going to the emergency unit, take prescriptions for you regular medication, any patient instructions and your Kela card with you.
